Try right clicking on the cd drive in My Computer and clicking eject. Sometimes there is a read problem and the disk will not release. If this does not work, you will need to get a paper clip and stick one end of it through the pin hole on the cd drive.

CD will only eject when NOT busy. If the led is on the CD in busy. If the CD led is on and runs for a while eventually going off it could actually be taking the CD play offline. To get ur CD out u must mannually eject it. Generally on the front of the player is a small 'pin hole' Using a small paper click bent straigt u can push straight in and that will (tough) pust the drive open.

U can eject it by inserting a pin (not a very short one) or something equal, to the small hole in front cover of the CD rom.

sometimes a bad CD will cause that. I would not use that CD again. If you know the paperclip method - use it. If not, reboot your computer and, as it is coming up, open the CD drive and remove the CD.
