I have a light fixture over my bathroom sink. It has 3 round lights in a row. Thex are sort of sticking out of a (metal?) box with a wood trim. There is this UGLY gold metal type stuff right behind the bulbs. Is there ANYTHIMG I cando to either cover u p the metal or something??

Get a new fixture altogether. You can pick one up at Home Depot or another home supply store for around $20-30. Don't forget to turn off the circuit breaker prior to making any changes; turning off the switch won't help if the wiring was installed backwards, you could be working with a live hot circuit.

Cost u the same to change or cover metal trim or just replace light with something u like

Discard the entire light fixture and purchase something that is more pleasant to the eye.

You can probably use a metal paint. Rustoleum makes several types. Please be sure to turn off the fuse at the box before you begin.

contact paper of your choice, remove fixture and spray paint
