You must believe that you are beautiful and you must be complete within yourself, believing in yourself and your own capabilities. Who cares what a boy thinks? But if you can develop real self-confidence, it will make you much more attractive to others.

You don't want to do that. Sure you want him to think you're pretty. To do that you try to be yourself and as natural as you can be. Make-up, cute hair styles, sexy clothes are just enhancements. But you're not everything for him and you can't be and you shouldn't want to be. You can be someone he likes and wants to spend time with and I hope that's want you meant in your question. Through all the ups and downs of male-female relationships the key is staying true to yourself.
