yes, Avon has a hair minimizing lotion, "after 2 weeks 71% of women shaved less often. its about $7 a bottle not onsale. i know other companys also sell it in the stores you just have to read the bottles. Johnson & Johnson have a good one. It moisturises really well too and it's quite cheap
