Actually it depends upon your skin tone
1. IF you're white than use SPF 45-50
2. wheatish complexion SPF 20-30
3. brown- blackbrown use SPF 10-15

If you really want a good sunblock, try Repechage SPF 30 that What most ppl in hot cilmits use.
It has a special Blend of teas that provide protection to you skin.

I have extrmely fair skin, and I use Bullfrog with a high SPF. I used it while vacationing in Florida, and not once did I get burned.

yep sure, its usually called paper bags or even those thick black plastic rubbish bags over the head will do the trick....
dont forget to cut out holes for the eyes though...

Nutrogena...clinique if you have sensitive skin
30+ will definately give you enough protection
