Let me break it down for you, if I was as smart as my husband I would have done this in the first place, don't tell him I said that.
#1) You only pay tax on NEW items and only ONCE. example, you buy a new car you pay tax, you buy a used car you DON'T so YOU decide whether or not you want to pay taxes. Very Fair.
#2) Companies don't get taxed so extremely that they have to move over seas. More jobs and companies stay in America.
#3) Don't comment or answer until you've watched the film on the following link: http://www.flfairtax.net/faqs/fair-tax-faqs/fairtax-video:-it-is-time.html

viva la fair tax revolution, keep spreading the word. Our numbers are growing and the more we educate our friends the more leverage we will have over those idiots in Washington, they have to listen to us eventually.

I don't need to watch the film.
I listen to Neal Boortz, a great american, and the author of the fair tax book.
I think it is one of the best ideas to come around since sliced bread.
Everybody would benifit from the fair tax.
You only get taxed on what you spend, not what you make. It would eliminate all of the tax shelter stuff that the rich people use to hide their assets, like buying a yacht and claiming it is for entertaining corporate ceo's. Really? I would doubt that a rich guy would buy one and entertain the janitorial staff at his building.
If they spend a million two on a yacht, they pay taxes on it.
I am all for it.
Tell everyone you know about it and have them write their congressmanabout it also.

Every american should be in favor of this.

My favorite part:
Even drug pushers, pimps, and organized crime members will pay taxes then...every time they pimp their crib or buy some new bling-bling.

Other favorite part:
Items needed to live, such as basic food, baby stuff, meds, and toiletries are tax free. Even with those items tax free they'll still rake in enough to pay for everything they want.
