Go to limewire.com
Click the red 'get it now' button
get the 'basic' version
click that you will NOT use.......
save it...
open file and install it..

remember after you have it installed to not share the files because distribution is what people get snagged for

when program is open
-tools
-options
-sharing
-remove any "shared" folders from the list
-uncheck "share finished downloads"

When you have limewire open, on the bottom by all of the stats, the should be a green circle with a white number in it, that is how many songs you are sharing. It should say 0 if you disabled sharing!

Limewire, Bearshare and other downloadable programs like these are excellent. Beware that you may be infringing the copyrights, which is illegal. Webjay.org is a website [powered by Yahoo!] which is completely free. You can create your own playlists as well. There is no cost, or anyneed to register or "sign up" for anything.
