It'll let you enter the information you want and give you back the barcode, then you can print it out and take it to a tatoo parlor or whatever you want. I suppose if it's a modern tatoo parlor they'll probably have an internet connection in the store.

You could install a bar code font and use Word to print out the correct bar code. It would be nice if you had a place to test it before getting it tattooed. Once it is printed out, the tattoo artist might be able to copy it. I'm not certain, but I think you can buy sheets of transfer paper to make a temporary tattoo. You could use that to transfer the image for permanent marking.

Go to a trailer park. Then find the nearest tattoo parlor.

If you have a good tattoo artist, just tell them what you want. Do you want it to actually be a scannable tattoo and if so, why? I would think that the light beams cause cancer.

Where would you put it? On your forehead? I suggest a BRAIN SCAN for you instead.
