If it fell over on the left side, then most likely the problem will be from either the "safety" switch connected to the sidestand, or the "safety" switch connected to the clutch lever perch.

These two switches can be "jumpered" for testing purposes, or if you need to get home from somewhere, but I recommend having them replaced if they are malfunctioning; either one or both of them.

-The side stand switch will only kill the motor when it's running and you shift it into gear. So that shouldn't have anything to do with the bike not cranking over.
-The kill switch only turns off the ignition. The starter will crank with the kill switch in off position.
-The clutch switch is only a by-pass switch if the bike is not in neutral. It's unlikely that the clutch & neutral light switch were damaged at the same time.
-If your bike fell to the right, the starter switch or wires to the switch could have been damaged.
-I forget if your starter switch is a grounding switch or sends power to the soleniod. 2 wires to the solenoid. (not the battery or starter motor). If one is hot, ground the other. If one is ground, jump a hot wire to the other. Then follow those wires up to the handle bar switch connector and repeat the test. (just to make sure, have bike in neutral and the clutch lever pulled in. In case that circuit is part of the problem).
