I tried to find more information on the web for you. Unfortunately, everything I found was related to breastfeeding. However, one site did say that if a nipple is traumatized it is more prone to infection such as bacterial/ yeast infection. This site was also related to breast feeding. But I figure a traumatized nipple is a traumatized nipple regardless of how it got that way. I wouldn't wait to long to seek a doctor's care. In the mean time perhaps you could get breastfeeding pads to insert into your bra. They may stay in place and at least your bra won't be rubbing and irritating you. As far as tight clothes...put them aside for now and were lose fitting tops. Sounds like the pressure from the clothes is causing more pain. Also try A&D ointment or Neosporin for the cracking. (I had to do this before) it seemed to help with the healing. Good luck sweetie and see a doc.

I agree with the first answer, in the mean time, try putting on some hand lotion on it.......that way it'll help repair the cracking. The next time your b/f squeezes your nipples like that, grab you a handful of balls.....and teach him a lesson. It it continues, make sure you see a doctor....don't play with this......best of luck to you.........

See a dr. You could have a mastitis infection or some other bacterial infection.
