Front audio jack?

Sound card?

Onboard Sound?

For Onboard sound, make sure it is enabled in the BIOS and the correct drivers have been loaded. Also, make sure that the Sound isn't muted in the Sound Control Panel in Windows.

For Front Audio Jack, you have to make sure it is jumpered correctly on the MoBo.

For the Sound Card, test it in another machine where the Sound Card is know to be working correctly. This will allow you to know if the Sound Card is bad. If it test good, try to use another PCI slot in the New PC. PCI slots can be bad.
