Not usually. Men, on average, are pound-for-pound physically stronger than women.. I guess if a woman had really good leveraging techniques she MAY be able to avoid being pinned, but is she is the same size as he is I doubt she would be able to pin him. Unless of course if he wanted her to pin him down...

A women's leg muscle structure is different from a males... they may have stronger muscles in certain area... nevermind what i just typed it is all about skill if you have more skill and same build it doesn't matter about sex and don't let everyone say a woman could't do it.
