The general trend in the US right now is that the political spectrum has been shifted so far right that moderates and moderate-conservatives are now accused of being "left-wing liberals" when they are nothing of the sort. The far right has conditioned people to believe that anyone that isn't for everything they stand for is a bunch of "damned liberals". Classical conservatism, the idea of preserving the Constitution and keeping government (and taxes) low is almost radical by comparison to the current far-right police state Neo-cons.
People need to better educate themselves about how the political spectrum actually works. Here's a great site for beginners:

Air America is still on the air? Even after all the money that's been poured into it? huh.......well bless their good luck. The reason Air America is failing is because most reasonable people don't swallow that far left wing BS. There is however more credible liberal media in the name of ABS, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, AND CNN. The reason Fox News has risen leaps and bound in the ratings is because of the negativity of the previously mentioned. People that are more conservative like to see the glass half full and grow weary of all the negativity. If the media were just script readers there would be NO liberal or Conservative media outlets. Most people want just the facts, and not someones opinion of the facts as they see it.

CNN, NBC, MSNBC, CBS were all identified as leaning left . The only network that was not considered biased was ABC.
The reason that AIR America is failing is there are plenty of liberal sources including NPR.
Also the majority of the news papers are liberal leaning. Along with the AP wire service.
This is why most liberals have never heard of the 500 tons of plutonium found in Iraq. Or the chemical WMDs found buried in Iraq.

There is no liberal media bias. I've been looking for it for years. One day I challenged my conservative friend to watch 60 minutes with me so he can point out the liberal bias. The first story they did was on "ecological terrorist" groups. The people that go around breaking into labs and freeing the animals or sabotaging whaling boats. Yeah, that was some liberal bias, it made those people out to be crazy.
I know that's only one example, but I think its funny the one time someone answered my challenge there was a total absence of liberal bias.
Conservatives are inherently paranoid.

Out of the 1833 Iraq War stories reported by ABC, NBC and CBS in 2005, only 16 percent of them were encouraging, or positive. You're right, there is no bias at all.

AirAmerica is basically the only left wing station. I wish they would get on cable like Foxnews is and then the public would definitely get both sides of an issue instead of a dominant more watched view.
