Yes it is, what ever the cleanser didn't remover the toner will. But it all helps the skin. tighten, reduce pore size & deep cleans

Use your toner, ever if it takes up time, Healthly skin worth it

I think so. Toners will remove the last traces of dirt and make pores appear smaller.

toners make your skin more firm, and make your pores either smaller, or appear smaller....so if you want those things then i'd say yeah.
