Not much of a fan of him so I'm not sure if he still tours, but check any appearances on his website and then find out the address of the venue and the date and write a letter to him C/O the venue. They will usually keep it around for a while if they know he is planning on being there soon.
This is what I used to do with movie sets and it worked a charm!!
