Yeah that's one of the goals. The other is to be rich, married, loved, and have a family.

Hello there! I do believe that you have a valid question. I am not seventy years old but, I have like twentyfive years to get there & make up my mind on all the things that I have not done yet. I imagine that if I were (Seventy years old) that I would have done alot more w/my life-than I have done already & yet, there is that one question that lingers within my soul & that is, wether or not, I have unfinished business or not??? Doing the things that we want to do is a simple enough tasks to do because, we as Humans wind up doing what we want to do anyway's. What we do & just how we get to that Mature age of Seventy is really an Individual's right to choose as long as that Individual adheres to living a healthy lifestyle along that path to turning seventy. I believe that the most (Important Goal In Life) is not to have unfinished Business. Unfinished Personal Business is something that I would not want because, I'd rather finish up w/ all that Personal Business so that I can atleast feel good about myself & knowing that whatever happens along the way I would have that Personal Satisfaction that I did my best to (Resolve) whatever issues there were so that, I can move on in my twilight years of life & not be so worried about goals or haveing to do the things that really prevent me from (Enjoying Life) instead of haveing to repair whatever prevents me from just simply being happy. Everyone experiences some things that we dont want to do but, finishing up that old Personal Business is a goal that should be done with- so that Happiness & living to enjoy life is far greater than any one person/s Goal/s. I do believe that a goal is one thing but, achieveing to turn the page about old Personal Business is far greater than not doing anything about it. I do hope that somehow-all of your Goals in life not exceed, your own Personal Happiness. Happy 4th of July ! rumeoui!

The goal is not just to live to old age to say you did it, but to say what things you were able to accomplish for the world in that time. Even if that something is just that you treated people as you wished to be treated.

Biologically speaking, humans' goals are to reproduce, as often as possible, with a healthy mate(s), and the care of and survival of the resulting offspring. After the time of reproduction is over, the primary goals shift, to the care and survival of the offspring's offspring (grand kids).

I don't have an age in mind. Living to be 90 but being infirm, wearing an adult diaper, having no teeth to eat or enjoy food anymore, what is the point of that. I want a quality of life and when that is gone, I don't care to live anymore.

the human goal is to stay alive
then after that he/she can experience their life
remember adam and eve
it is just a story but what so fun about being immortal and not able to die. It is worth trying to live and live life with risks.

Suicide might cause problems in the next life, we can't be sure whether such life exists or not. Then if you life is hard you might wish to commit suicide, but if it is bearable then why suicide, live and be happy. But if your life is unbearable and there is not any light in front then such is destiny, and it is sad. But you know English and with such great knowledge you may earn money, your will not starve, that's why your question is not clear to me.

That's not a goal, that's more like fate. The goal is what you are trying to achieve in life.

No, my goal is to die healthy, sounds ironic but I don't want to be a vegetable for 5 years before my death, I saw what it was like for my grandfather, and I, not being a religious man, would rather blow my head away that suffer that.

Different people have different goals in life. No matter what it is, the most important part of it is to stay alive and then to look back at your old age and say, "Ahhhh...I'm glad I did it ! I'm glad I made it!" :-) And in order to accomplish these things, you have to stay alive and stay sane.
