140-150 pounds is a good weight for that height; especially if you are lean and toned. The range is greater depending on your bone structure, from 130-170.

I was about the same height at you age (5' 8") and I was 142 Lbs. I had a good build. This would seem to be a normal weight.

135 if u want to be both thin and strong. 110 is underweight. makes it easy to be real weak.
