Clicked on a link that I thought was from a friend but turn out to be a site that stole my password and changed it. Anyway to recover my account if you don't know the birthday that was entered on the account??

How could you not know your own birthday??

You could try calling the company and explaining what happened. I think you might be out of luck though because if they use the birthday that was entered as a way of confirming that you are the real owner then they will have no way to confirm what you are saying. Unless of course it is a paid service you could prove you are the owner based on the credit card used to pay for the account.

Hmm... you can try to get them to email you the new password (unless the hacker changed the email). Otherwise, contact the main person in charge of whatever site you are on (ex: If someone hacked my yahoo account I would contact the yahoo staff.)

Good luck! If you can't get your account back, you might just have to make a new one, sadly.

If you don't know the answers to the security questions, there's normally no way to recover the account. If you're referring to a Yahoo account, there is NO way to recover it.

If you remember the site tell the police about it. They'll track them down and get the password.
