Would you think it would be wise for the government to be more interactive with the people?

Yes, it would be a good idea for governments to have a forum like Yahoo Answers. Of course, it might overwhelm the poor staffers who have to answer all the questions, but if you allowed answers from people outside of government, it might work.

Government exists to serve the people, so anything that would help government be of service to us would be worth considering.

Did'nt you know they are reading what is being key in?
The little spider men in black with Mr. Big Brother is reading what is being written for them.
Since they were at loss with the missing x-files and could not outsmart living human kind on planet earth.
Wonder what happen to all their I.Q.-human intelligent.

It would be controlled or affected by the government or the upper classes.

Well since we do vote them into office along with vote them out of office, it would be wise for politicians to at least take our pulse occasionally.

Too much liability, and answers wouldn't anonymous, so they could be sued for a wrong one, so we'd be chatting with lawyers and never get a striaght answer, which we really dont anyway
