Diversity forces unity. We can only learn from each other if we live together. Sometimes diversity brings hate and fear of the unknown, of change, but it is inevitable and important for our progress as a society and as a people.

One of the greatest examples of "Unity in diversity" is India.
Geographically, there is the sea, the deserts, the mountains and the jungles.
Climatically, at the same time there is snow in certain places and burning heat in others.
Linguistically - there are more then 200 dialetcs.
Culturally - there are 7 basic streams of culture.
Palate wise - tastes are totally different from one place to the other but the ingredients are the same.
AND IT ALL IS FOUND IN ONE COUNTRY.
