If you mean will the shuttle successfully complete its mission due to the problem with the fuel tank insulation, I think that it most likely will.

In general, I believe any mission we complete to space is successful if it contributes to our knowledge of space.

I think they have to make more modifications to be safe. But I really hope it is a success.
