How to know if they are real or fake?

it's hard to say, because when we(women) have an orgasm usually or vagina pulsates, or contract just like a man does when he has a orgasm, sometimes u might not feel it because it could be a very weak. but some women like myself are really good at faking it because she can make them contract without having an orgasm. so don't base it off of the noise they make. and it ain't no point in worrying about it, if she's faking she's doing it to make u feel better about yourself. it' normal if she doesn't achieve an orgasm. did u know that 80% of women in the world cant have an orgasm sexually. by intercourse. some need direct stimulation. So it's not all your fault. she has to learn herself and wat helps her achieve it. so work together okay?? i hope this helps u.+

The truth is you won't be able to tell. All women can fake an orgasm. Some women can't even reach an orgasm naturally without the use of a vibrater. This is because some women just need more clitoral stimulation that would take way too long naturally, and most men just won't wait that long before ejaculation. Ergo the need to fake. If we told you men that we didn't reach an orgasm, you would feel bad about your own sexuality, so we just don't tell you.
If I were you, I would just be satisfied that she wants to be close to me, spending time with me period. But one thing that I love for my man to do is to ask me what I want him to do to pleasure me. That makes all the difference in the world, because it means he's not just performing the act for his own pleasure, but for mine as well.
However, sometimes it's when her toes curl. But this is not the most reliable way to tell.

Any female can fake an orgasm...However, If you are with a long time partner I believe there are certain differences in the fake and real that you would eventually pick up on...And if you are not with a long time partner then it seems to me ( could be wrong ) that you are out for self gratification anyway so why does it matter to you...Not accusing you of anything and not trying to be negative. Just my observations...

Usually your not going to be able to know the difference. thats why they fake it so often, that and they dont want you to know that you suck in bed. There are 2 ways I am able to tell if my girlfriend has an orgasm. 1st-her vagina is going to contract, you can feel that crap if you pay close attention, 2nd there is an Increase in lubrication. the best way is to know your girlfriend. Mine just happens to do certain things that I recognize when shes about to have an orgasm. not all women will
