they have disconnected my phone so i need a new suppier.cant get telewest out of range any ideas??

try bulldog broadband,, I've had it for 3 months now, its cheap and they supply a phone line through b.t. but you pay bulldog,, its provided by the old cable and wireless provider,, ntl sucks trust me I'm an ex engineer.. its ok but you just don't get the extra meg unless you pay for it, with bulldog i haven't had a single problem,,,

You need to resolve this with the phone company in question. Remember there is always someone higher up in the company you can speak to.
If you can't resolve this with the phone company, ask ofcom - the regulators in the UK - http://www.ofcom.org.uk/
If you don't resolve this dispute with the phone company, you will get a default notice on your credit report, which I'm sure you don't really want.

i wouldn't recommend NTL, i'm with them and they've done the same to me. BT are reliable but can be expensive depending on ehat package you get with them. Also, if u have a BT line you can use carphone warehouse for broadband
