i read in 'the monk who sold his ferrari'..the hrt of th rose method..havnt tried it out yet..sounds kind of easy...gt a rose...sit in som place wher u r comfy..closly examin th rose..its color,petals,texture,fragrnce..concentrate on it..u may find it difficult 2 do so 4 th frst few min..but soon u wil b able 2 do concentrate n u can start meditating...if this sounds lik crap...join 4 some yoga class

Go to a quiet place. If you can surround yourself with nature, even better. Relax your mind.
Discard any incoming thoughts. Focus on the present. Quiet the brain.
Stay away from practitioners who claim to offer "free" meditation sessions. They are ALWAYS scam artists who will have you worshipping, serving and donating $ to their causes later on.
Meditation is something you can do on your own. You just need the right surroundings, frame of mind and the ability to trust your own instincts.

Find a quiet place and practice breathing exercises. Slow deep breaths in through the nose and out the mouth. Eventually your breathing will naturally slow and deepen whenever you want to meditate.

It dont come easy. Try to find time for yourself and then try to clear the mind. It should be done everyday and you have to practice alot.
