The American League will win this year especially if interleague play says anything at all about the teams. The American League dominated interleague play this season.

In response to the misinformed person who thinks Rolen is more deserving then David Wright to start consider this in two of the more meaningful categories David Wright has the edge. Wright has 18 homers, Rolen has 12. Also in probably the most important category RBI's Wright has 66 and Rolen only has 53. Who cares if David Wright strikes out with no one on in the clutch he delivers much better then Rolen.

I am a fan of National League Baseball, but I guess the streak will continue and the American League will win again. Oh well, the NL used to win all the time before, so I guess it's all cyclical.

The American League in a cake walk. Just look what they did to the NL in inter-league play this year. I like that too because that will mean that the World Series will begin with game one in Boston in October.

Go Sox!!

The way that the AL has dominated the NL, not just this season but in recent All-Star games and World Series games, I'd say the trend will continue.

Ozzie Guillen beats out Garner just like in last year's World Series. The AL will definitely wrap up home field advantage for this year's World Series.

I believe the American League will win but I'm rooting for the National League.

It's an All-Star game. It's a show of individual talent in an effort to make an instant team out of individuals. It's like two equal forces going head to head. No progress. No interest.

I think the NL will win it this year by a very small margin by the score 7-5

The NL team is alot better than last years. Im surprised Carpenter made it, he was voted in by the players. My only complaint was Rolen not starting at 3B. Rolen has the better batting average, hes scored more runs, more doubles, Hes struck out ALOT LESS! His on base percentage is better, Rolen got screwed!
