It did this twice, both at school. They were running windows 2000, and it just randomly a window popped up, and it said OUCH!. There was an "OK" button and i pressed, it, and nothing else happened.

OUCH is not being generated by Windows. There are two likely reasons that this is happening
1) you have a malware program installed on your computer and it is designed to make that message pop up:
2) you are on a network (internet or intranet) and someone is accessing your pc to send that message.
Next time it happens, go into the task manager and look at what applications are running. If you see an application that is unfamiliar to you it might well be what's causing the OUCH.

Maybe you're being too rough with the computer. Maybe a little sweet talk, some candles, champagne, just let it know that it's gonna hurt the first time, and reassure it you will be there to hold it long into the night.

Somebody decided it would be fun to install a program (virus) that periodically pops up with "ouch".

you need to get this, http://pclinuxos.com and slip it into your CDrom, and run it, and see if the computer is OK for two hours...

If it is, someone 'owns' you... the bot is just telling you that everyone in your address list is now getting thousands of spam messages!

Friends don't let friends run 'Windows'!
