I believe they do but only if you pay the extra big bucks! Kind of like when you want delivery on Saturday, you pay a lot extra for it.

Yes, but not in the US for obvious reasons. If you live on the Canadian-American border and you want a package delivered on the 4th of July, have it delivererd to a Canadian addy and then just walk across the chalk mark and get your package.
