What is a good waterproof mascara that really doesn't run? (And I mean a day at the waterpark waterproof!)

I second the L'Oreal Voluminous Waterproof mascara. Not only does it not smudge or run, but it gives great volume AND length. A must try.
Also, if you don't like the L'Oreal, you should can just buy Urban Decay's Lingerie and Galoshes for lashes. It comes with a primer and a waterproof sealer. The primer doesn't work really well, but if you use the sealer, you can turn ANY mascara waterproof.

washoff waterproof mascara by Avon. Its the best waterproof mascara that i have ever used. Its on sale right now for only 1.95. It would be this price for long so you better snatch it up.

L'Oreal waterproof mascaras are tough to remove, even with their eye makeup remover!

Almay is the best. I wear a lot of there products including liquid eyeliner. No running, no mess. It's also hyper allergenic.

make sure you apply the mascara to the top and underside of your lashes to seal them all around, maybelline
