have pc gta: san andreas worked fine before but launch menu appears but games doesn't start. what do i do.

i recently bought pc version of san andreas and it worked fine before but when the launch menu appears and i click play gta: san andreas it doesn't work. Please help

If you've installed the Full version these might be the problem:
-If you had saved your game in Maddog's mansion (it's curropted
& you can't load your game!)
-If you have McAfee virus scan.(It causes some problems.)
-If you have Uninstalled a virus scan such as Norton or McAfee
it will certainly RUIN your system!

Install full version(including radio stations).
