a person that has dies and than is "reincarnated". Depending on how the person lived their life, depending on how nice they were, they "reincarnate" at that level of power in the next life. For example, a person is very helpful and kind to other people in their human life, when they are "reincarnated" they may turn out to be a lion or something of that great of power. If you were rude and nasty in your human life, than when u were "reincarnated" u would probably be something low, like a dung-beetle.
