Monsoon Wedding and Bend It Like Beckham are good crossover Bollywood movies that are mostly in English with some Hindi thrown in there. You can start with those.
But "typical" Bollywood movies with songs and dance sequences...I can't think of any that aren't in Hindi. I think it's an acquired taste for most people -- the movies are generally on the longer side (~3 hours), some of the songs/dances can be campy, and a good number of the movies are "heavily inspired" (wink wink) by American movies -- but honestly Bollywood movies are awesome and some of the best movies I've ever seen are Bollywood flicks.
If you want to see some of the best of what Bollywood can offer, try seeing "Lagaan" or "Dil Chahta Hai."

I saw one about a wedding feast it was awesome - yes i lived it - yes it was hindi
