I put my feet on the floor reach over & turn on the computer, go to the bathroom & come back & check my email. I turn on the t.v. in the kitchen then I make a pot of coffee. While that's brewing I give my pet rat some fruit.
I then test my blood because I'm a diabetic & then I eat 2 oat bran muffins & have a cup of coffee.

I make up my mind that it is better for me to stay checked-in and be deliberate about the next 16 hours. Then coffee, and then sometimes my bed

Well I don't "make" something, but I "do" brush my tongue first thing in the morning because I hate a slimy morning tongue! And I have to brush my tongue before having my morning tea. So there.
