Apparently yes, because the last time I was driving and got behind an old man (wearing a hat of course) I could swear time came to a halt. It seemed like he stopped three times going around a corner.

The concept of time is man made.
So there really is no time.
You can train your body and mind to move faster and therefore measured time seems to stand still, or passes slower.
Down side:
Gets your license suspended while doing this with a car.
Use a sport or stage act instead.
