was it as painful as mine? how long did yours last?

blowing out a knee is unhealable. it was a common practice of the mafia and of the KGB. unless this is some sports injury or something. i'm talking about "kneecapping" with a gun

I dislocated BOTH kneecaps in a motorway crash in 1976 and still suffer, especially during the cold or damp months. So be prepared to suffer long term.
