you dont. As far as i know, that scholarship does not exsist unless your dealing with privately funded organizations. Most scholarships are generalized for science, math, social sciences, etc. The thing is most people when they go to college does not know what they want to do so these generalized scholarships starts you off in a general field and help you learn about yourself and let you decide what you want to do afterwards.

Make excellent grades in high school. Then apply to a college or university that includes the major of your choice as part of its curriculum.
