Of course the French. They are an arrogant nation. They are racist and hold rallies against black people but almost the whole team is Black. They hold rallies against immigrants but they have 8 players on their team born in other countries, and 6 more that are immigrants.
Portugal is not liked by the Brits at the moment. Germany is still not liked by the Jewish population around the world (I dont think they like France too much either since they recently burned down a Jewish cemetary)
Italians are not liked by some because we are also arrogant when it comes to football.
However my answer is France.

Those of you who said that Portugal is most hated. I think that you guys havent actually watched all their games. You hear about some of their games and you jump to conclusions and then when they get your team out you think we cheated. The truth is, we played better and smarter than the other teams and thats why we won. So get your statistics and facts straight.
Although i think that no one is most hated. Everyone has their own opinion. Every team has supporters and has haters. Most of the time the haters are just people who are jelous. But you really cant do anythnig about it.

how is portugal dirty. first of all deco and costinha got sent off for a handball and time wasting. hollands players got sent off for dirty fouls on ronaldo and flying elbows.
and the only reason why suddenly we are being hated more is because the english cant take losing. i mean no other coutnry has done this much moaning. and some of them have actually been cheated. but the english have to complain about everything. as though appealing after a foul is considered cheating. owen hargreaves appealing for a penalty that never was, now thats cheating. but you dont see all the other nations fans saying anything.

I think a lot of people don't think Italy should be there at the moment, and I have watched all Portugal's games and think they aren't the most gentlemanly team ever :)
Overall though, I think it is the referees that have outshone themselves this year - penalties given, missed, people being shown too many yellow cards, whistles being blown as a winning goal crosses the line, Brazil having no fouls blown against them etc. etc.

O...O... I know this 1. I will say right now Portugal of France. coz Portugal got Holland out and the play really un-fair and France bcoz they got Brazil out. Eventhough it's kinda Brazil's own mistake. they should have played better. i wanted them 2 stay in. but ohh well...

Personally its portugal. I dont liekt their style of play, and they have shown absolutely no sportsman ship, taking many cards, diving, and my favourite, their captain who is supposed to be an example to the team headbutted an ditch player when the reff was turned around!

Currently, Im pretty sure that its Portugal. Unless you are portuguese, anybody must admit that Portugal have played a really dirty game to get this far - and that C Ronaldo pisses the hell out of me! He is soo up-himself and thinks he is Portugal's football god... I hope they lose tomorrow to France

i think everyone hates the Italians and Portugal the most because people say they cheated to get there but i don't agree if i hated anyone it was Brazil for being so overrated

everyone to me i hate all sports on tv i only like to see people i know play sports but i hate soccer so id never go to a soccer game i like softball
