Who do you think would be the best cadidtate and why?

Nobody looks to be the best. The Republicans will win AGAIN. Too many people don't connect with the Democratic party.

Kerry is the best choice for Democratic candidate, then Gore, then Dean; the Dems want to win the vote- that's all that's really important, anyway (beh). Kerry has experience running for president.
Walker!, Bayh!, Ford, Kaine!, Obama, Vilsack, Kucinich and Edwards! are too young. Clark, Richardson, Dodd, Biden and Daschle don't have backing. Lieberman/Clinton simply wouldn't be allowed to win.

The republicans are going to win again. The democrat's best guy is Joe Lieberman is the best candidate but he will never make it because his own party has turned on him!

There is no best Democrat candidate. They are all the same, so just pick one. I dont like any of them, and will vote against anyone of them that runs.

Former Va. Gov Mark R. Warner. Not liberal but not ignorant enough to be conservative either. I agree, however with the reptiles, er, republicans who have answered so far. The Dem's will not win. Too much hatred for the Dem's to overcome.
