That's not true Cynthia, there are two genes for the Rh factor.
Some one O+ could be either
O+- or O++
If each parent is O+- then the Child could be O-- getting one negetive from each parent. How else do you think the world is so diverse?

Chances are 100% that their offspring will be of the same genotype--AND phenotype--as their parents.
Why?
Both parents carry the exact same (dominant) genes. And if they're both O+, then they--by definition--aren't carrying genes for ANY other blood types.
