You are not the only one that has an annoying husband who hums at the dinner table. Well, my dad used to hum at the dinner table.. ehehe.

I suggest you talk about something while you guys eat. Talk about your kids, an experience, your neighbor... anything just to keep your husband from humming! Works for us! ;-)

That seems a bit rude for him to be humming! Why does he do it? I am guessing it is a horrible habit of his!

At least you have a husband at the dinner table.Mine works long hours and I have to eat alone.
Just be glad he's home with you and not out at bars or stuff like that.
Humming?not so bad.(Maybe he's happy!)

It sounds like a nervous tic, something that he does involuntarily without thinking. Don't be too hard on him, as I'm sure he has many other great qualities that you can focus on.
