Does it matter, really ? Hate won't last.
French people do not hate Germans anymore, do they ?
And, moreover, who cares about France and Frenchies ? Good wine, but Napa Valley's better, good food, but italian's better, beautiful landscapes but that's true for 50% of the planet... So why bother ?

We have never hated the French, As a Whole. But just like an abused friend, When you need us we are there. But if we need the French, well it was our own arrogance that led to our need. So we should just suck it up and take it like a man. Yet we will never not love the Free French that are so beautiful .

I've been to France...I love SOME French people and the ones I don't like are unliked for personal reasons that have nothing to do with being French...and well...I happen to like France very, very much and if I can move to Saint Milo with my partner, I'm gonna! Which means I suppose I should probably practice French.
But in answer to your question, I don't hate you at all...if you're cute and nice, then I love you, just not in the "biblical" way.

I love France and the French people. We were in Paris about 3 years ago and everyone was lovely to us. We had a wonderful time. Please don't let the ignorance of a few bother you.
