The answer is YES. There is a surgery I've heard about to undo circumcision. I've read an article on it and aparently it's a fairly new procedure. I've no idea of the costs though.

I'm sure you'll find other ways to type in the words which will help your search. Here is one that I've found, but I'm sure there are more. Also, talk to your dr. He may know a specialist in the area that does restorations.

Wouldn't this be on par with an amputee asking if he can have his arm back? I'm not sure that there is a surgical procedure to replace foreskin, once its removed from the male penis. Good luck getting it done, though.

The Romans had a surgical proceedure for this, so modern medical science is bound to. They'll probably grow you one in a test-tube or something.

No. Besides, most women I've talked to prefer cut to uncut. Not saying that's the global opinion, just ones I've talked to.
