My goodness, I thought everyone is going to say no, how can someone believe in something that they call ghosts? When you are calling it ghost aren't you agreed that it is totally a bogus phenomenon and a myth?
Anyway, I shouldn't be lecturing here, but I don't believe in ghosts and I believe everything can be explained, perhaps we are not being able to do that now but some day we will.

Yes, I certainly do. Years ago, my grandmother and I shared a house. It was a Cape Cod and I had the first floor and she had the second. Her cousins who lived about an hour and a half away picked her up to stay with them for the weekend, so I was alone in the house. I went to bed and just as I was falling asleep, I heard the floor upstairs creak. It only creaked if you walked on it. Then, I heard footsteps. My grandmother could be argumentative, and I thought maybe she got into a quarrel with her cousins or maybe she had become ill and they brought her home. So, I grabbed a flashlight and went upstairs to make sure she was ok. I could still hear the creaking and the footsteps from one side of the house to the other. It was dark up there, but I thought maybe she was sick and just wanted to get to bed. As soon as I reached the top step and entered her living room, the creaking and footsteps stopped. I searched all over the house, but there was no one there. We think it was the original owner who died in house in the early 1960's. It wasn't the first time something happened, but it was definitely the most memorable.

YES!! ok here's how the story went...
When I was camping (Girl Scout) I went to a place where the troops were. So I was with my troop and we did stuff but there was an OLD house faraway (sorta) and (I don't want to tell you the name of the house) but when me and my friends were there we were looking at some windows for a ghost! but then we went back to our campsite and we got almost EVERYBODY (in my troop) we got the troop leader's digital camera (to take picture of the ghost!). then we looked and looked and then WE SAW A GHOST!! We could tell it was a ghost because it was a girl with a bonnet and nobody wears that ANYMORE. and then we took the picture! Alot of people were crying and SCREAMING!!
YOU HAVE GOT TO BELIEVE ME THEY ARE REAL!!

no because by all scientific possiblities a ghost is impossible to form because life is simply existance and beyond it is only the heavens or the underworld for a "soul" to roam in limbo forever is absolutely ridicoulos and i give props to the guy who ran into a bar and sad "OMG its a ghost run away "then ran out .because that is all a ghost is a legend

Of course I believe in ghosts, they should be referred to as spirits. In fact, my Grandma's house had to be knocked down because of the fact it was haunted. The house she lives in now is haunted also, I saw a ghost there once and cried all night and couldn't sleep because I was so freaked out. ( I was living with her )

I don't believe in ghosts in the way they are depicted in literature. But I believe there are yet unexplained phenomena that can be interpreted as ghosts.

Yes I do. I have had a couple paths crossed. I just love the supernatural.. We have lived in houses where the stuff comes out of the cabinets and our tv and VCR work by thier selfs. Also i have seen the carpet squish down like someone is walking upstairs. After my sister was murdered I was 10 years old and setting in our living room and my sister called for my mother and myself. we both heard it.

Yes. Actually we had to sell our last house because of strange happenings and sightings. The new owners tore it down and in the walls of the crawl space they found a skeleton of a little boy. Don't have all the details but the noises we heard in the house were little boys crying and my son did say he say a little boy at the end of the hall one day. So ya I believe in them
