There are many ways to come across business opportunities in your field:
- Read leading daily newspapers circulating in your state. most of them carry classifieds and display advertisements for Tender work.
- There is a tender bulletin published nationally and in state concerned. The magazine stores or stalls keep that for sale. You can also ask your newspaper vendor distributing daily newspapers in your area to arrange that bulletin for you on regular basis.
- By references you can secure new work contracts.
- Approach builders and promoters of the commercial buildings and housing complexes. They can deploy you suitably.
- Give your own suitable advertisement for work, people may contact you.

Have you tried Craig's List? It's craigslist.com. They're usually pretty good about posting jobs that are job specific to their field. I'm pretty sure they have a capentry page, and I know that they have regional pages, so you should be able to find what you're looking for there.
