I need to download free landlord documents - ShortHold tenancy agreement, section 21 & 8 Notices, Schedule of rent arrears, Notice to quit, Notice of rent increase, Section 48 notice, schedule of rent arrears.

Go to the library. I had to do the same thing last year.
I got the info for landlords and for tenants. Forms, rights, etc.
Best thing I ever thought of for myself. Got a lot of free info.

Contact city hall, they have all of that infomation and can tell you where to go to receive what they don't have.
