Don´t be that sad!... think possitive... YOU ARE ALIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!
and there are many things you can do, without doing dangerous movements.
ALWAYS THINK BEFORE YOU MOVE! be very careful ALWAYS!
Soon you´ll find many beautiful things in your life, maybe God wanted you wouldn´t be not so active.
I hope you´ll have a great love in your life, and real GOOD FRIENDS which will make you an easier life.
Please.. DON´T BE SAD!
Send you a hug.

Give yourself time to heal before you give up on it. I'm on worker's comp and can't get an operation. Hopefully we will both get help. It's very depressing, but I have learned some life lessons which will help me (if I live).Good Luck!

There's no great answer to this. I guess you need to focus on things you can do. Find something with your pc, genealogy, learn to write, many possibilities. Of course that's easy for someone else to say, but saying 'I'm sorry' doesn't help you much.

What are the options?

Surgery?
Therapy?

Sit there and fester like a wound? I would say get those options you don't want to just sit around trying not to make "one wrong move." Demand answers.

Good luck.

Join the club... You could try to find some type of exercise that you can do. I mean, there's gotta be something.
