Boston, MA. I love it! Near the ocean, near the city. We've got it all! BUT it is expensive to live here.

I'm from Seattle and I loved living there! People always talk about the rain (and yeah, it does rain a lot) but I love it. Falling asleep to the sound of rain on the roof or going out and jumping in mud puddles (sure, I'm almost 25, but it's still fun!) are some of the great little joys in life. Seattle is an awesome city. There is always a lot to do, whatever your interests are. There is a wonderful shopping area, awesome restaurants and bars, and some of the best bookstores I've ever been to! It's a beautiful place. Most of the people in Seattle are pretty friendly. People are generally fairly open-minded, which I love. Seattle has beaches, and the mountains are only a short drive away, so if you want to go hiking in the summer or skiing in the winter you don't have to make a colossal trip just to get there! The Puget Sound is awesome for boating and swimming in the summer. There are a lot of beautiful islands nearby that you can "escape" to for a nice retreat. Victoria and Vancouver BC are nearby if you want to hang out in a different country for a while... I could go on and on. I really thought this was going to be a short response, but man, do I miss Seattle...

I'm from Scottsdale AZ its a very close suburb to Phoenix. I love it here its a very cosmopolitan city, very diverse and there is always something new and exciting going on. Its a 55minute flight to LA and to Vegas . The summer is very HOT, but for the rest of the year it is amazing ,very comfortable. If in the summer you wish to cool off you can drive north to Flagstaff in the mountains about 110 miles away. . Great shopping in Scottsdale ,anything you want you can find .Great schools > I love living in the desert .

I was born and raised just outside of Fresno CA and I hated it.
So when we retiried we moved to South East Oklahoma
Where there is hardly any people and wide open spaces and mountains and trees. People don't realize there is forests here.
It is not flat like western OKlahoma. Actually, Arkansas is beautiful.
We are on the border between OK and AR I love it.

I live east of Toronto, and I hate it. The weather sucks, all the time. Its either bloody freezing cold with a wind that never stops, or its so hot and humid, its disgusting. I want to go home!

Erie, PA. I hate our winters. They can be brutal. Summer is wonderful. Right here on the lake the sunsets are just breath taking.
