wow, i SO DID NOT KNOW that he is muslim....apparently he was even fasting while playing on the pitch and he had to break it because he was too thirsty!

XArgentinaX How can you tell someones religion by their name???? DUHHHHHH.
I think zidane is of Algerian origin so it is quite possible that he is a muslim. Not neciserily though he could quite easily follow any other religion or he may not even be religious.
What does this have to do with the FIFA World cup though????
