how come when i boot my pc up it finds my cdrom drive ,but it doesn't in windows?

i forgot to add it say's code 39 !

Probably has something to do with Easy CD Creator. See Attached links.

Be sure that ur cd rom connections r connected well if they r well connected go to ur control panal and choose add new hardware then make it search 4 ur cd rom it will find it .
i had the same prop and i solve it like that

well take it out of the window. maybe rain got into it.
