You aren't being overprotective. You're being a good parent. There are so many that let their kids watch all kinds of inappropriate crap on TV. Thank goodness there are some people that still care about being good parents to their children.

No not at all. It shows you are being a responsible parent.! Who cares what others think of what you do. You are doing something good for your child that matters more than your cousins opinion. Do your cousins have kids??

there are alot of shows on the tv that are not meant for under kids to watch.
I am glad that you are being careful and they will thank you for it when they are older.
Tv has too much violence for the younger kids to watch.
I would not lesson to your cousin you are doing the right thing.

Um... no.
Young children are far more impressionable than we like to think. Especially at three. They hear and learn EVERYTHING. It's incredibly important for you to look out for what they are watching on TV. Good job on being a loving parent!

Who care what your cousin thinks..she not the mother, you are and from what I read you seem to be on the ball. I bet your cousin has kid(s) that run rampant...I say monitor the tele becaues the media is filled with pollutions, propaganda, subliminal messages, etc Why fill her life with trash when there are langauges to learn, books to read, cultures to know...I say Good for you!!!

no not @ all at that age children pick up anything and that is when u should be watchin everything they do
