Coz you can have the same gadgets that Batman has, but never in any way could you be a real exact split of Superman who possesses superinhuman powers/genetics/skills.
Being a Superman is like being God... only that God has no weakness, not even a plethora of Kryptonites could stun God.

Simple test to find out...get a gun and shoot yourself in the chest. If it hurts and you start to bleed, you're probably batman.
